Distinguish delivery to the receiving point from movement to the final position and assembly. Identify who handles unloading, packaging removal, electrical connections and any site work. The written project offer should confirm responsibilities and the agreed schedule before payment.
Review the site requirements.
Discuss placement, escape routes, fire alarms and sprinkler requirements with the people responsible for your building. Review the available sprinkler and fire-alarm option and its exact supply and installation scope. Selecting an accessory does not establish compliance for the premises.
Plan for the surrounding indoor room.
These pods create spaces inside an existing workplace. Standard ventilation exchanges air with the surrounding room; it does not by itself cool that room. Review room conditions, electrical supply and any selected cooling equipment before approving the layout.
Plan each Malaysian destination.
For Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, Penang, Johor or another Malaysian destination, include the postcode, receiving floor, unloading point and goods-lift details. Identify Sabah or Sarawak addresses explicitly so the route and receiving arrangements can be assessed for that destination. Your written quotation confirms the delivery and installation services available for your address.

Can you include sprinklers and fire alarms?
Choose the optional sprinkler and fire-alarm package in the configurator. Your selection is recorded with your project. Equipment, connections to building systems, installation scope and price are confirmed in your complete quote before payment. Selecting this option does not by itself include a complete installed system.
What should I know about fire ratings?
Fire information is specific to the model and materials. A material fire classification does not establish a fire-resistance rating for the complete pod. Ask us to confirm the relevant test documentation for your chosen model and finishes.
An acoustic “Class A” rating describes sound reduction, not fire performance.
What should we check before ordering?
Start with your building manager: they may have requirements for introducing a pod into your workplace. Share those requirements and your installation address with us so we can confirm the appropriate equipment and connections with your building team. Local fire requirements still apply; the package is not a blanket requirement for every pod.
